The new size you need is available on our website:

  • - send us back your T-shirt as "registered parcel" (so as to avoid losses)
  • - Make sure your invoice is enclosed and place a new order
  • - Send a 5€ cheque payable to Monsieur Poulet (participation to shipping fees)

The new size you need is sold out, but you fancy another item:

  • - send us back your T-shirt as "registered parcel" (so as to avoid losses)
  • - Make sure your invoice is enclosed and place a new order for another item with the same price
  • - Send a 5€ cheque payable to Monsieur Poulet (participation to shipping fees)

The new size you wish is out of stock, you prefer us to send you a refund:

  • - send us back your T-shirt as "registered parcel" (so as to avoid losses)
  • - Make sure your invoice is enclosed and place a refund request

Be careful, these three solutions are only valid within 14 days after delivery.

Monsieur Poulet, where do your T-shirts come from? What brand is it?

You’ll find out that Monsieur Poulet fully deals with the manufacturing of his cool T-shirts. We take a very close look at production so as to offer you the best quality choice.
Fair Trade organic cotton is used for all our T-shirts, which are made in Southern India in workshops that are certified and controlled by Flo Cert.

Take it easy, love...I’ll explain it to you. In This section, you can vote to reprint sold out items. Monsieur Poulet will regularly reprint the most demanded item. Subscribe now to Monsieur Poulet’s newsletter to know everything about the current events.

Monsieur Poulet, how can I take part in your cool contests?

Well babe, it’s easy... First, you have to register… It will allow you to vote, post comments and submit your designs. Then, go to « Contests » and then « Submit a design », and go with the flow. Make sure that your design meets the technical requirements! If everything is alright, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. One thing left: you’ll have to go through Monsieur Poulet’s selection before appearing online and being sent votes and comments.

Monsieur Poulet, I have problems submitting my designs...It’s not fair?

Don’t worry, be happy man: nothing easier...
You just have to make sure that:
- your design is exported in jpeg format in 640 x 480 pixels at
- your design’s resolution is 72 dpi
- your design does not exceed 200ko

Monsieur Poulet, how do winners win?

By chance my boy… Just kidding of course!!! Funny isn’t it? Hem, well. The truth is: Monsieur Poulet picks out designs that he wants to print in accordance with the design's overall score but also in line with his editorial policy. Monsieur Poulet also takes a close look at your comments, which sometimes are more eloquent than a simple score. As a general rule, Monsieur Poulet prefers artistic and graphic designs rather than funny catchphrases... That is worth knowing. The ball’s in your court now!

Monsieur Poulet, what do I receive for a winning design?

Hi there! Well, for winners, it’s easy...
Winners earn 2 euros for each item sold. As Monsieur Poulet prints from 100 to 1,000 pieces for each item, winners can earn from 200 to 2,000 euros for his or her nice design.

Monsieur Poulet, where is your shop located?

Good question indeed young lady... Our lovely shop is located 24 rue de Sévigné in Paris’s 4th arrondissement. You can come and visit us everyday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm but on Sundays as we get some rest, we open at 1:00 pm.

Listen, everything started a long time ago, when I came back from Acapulco where I had been on a mission. I had to wear my big mohair sweater during the whole stay and I needed some fresh air, some comfort... So I came up with this idea of a little T-shaped top, a cool one, easy to wear. Yes, that’s how the T-shirt was born, my dear… Then you know how the story goes, people copied me all over the world, but still, I have kept secret the specific know-how since then. And it is all about love as you may know, since love can make miracles. And Monsieur Poulet loves what he does, and it has been so for a long time now. Okay kid, it’s time for elevenses now.

Just click on « Register now » in the top right-hand corner of the screen and follow instructions. Be careful, however, you need a valid e-mail address to register… Your registration will only be complete after you have clicked on the registration link you received in your e-mail box.

Nononono, no need to send your sweet pictures by e-mail honey bunny...
Send them using the « Klik Klak » section: it has been specially designed for it. Beware not to send us all your photo albums, for we will only post the photos of you proudly displaying your Monsieur Poulet’s item.

Monsieur Poulet, I’ve received my T-shirt but it has been damaged and I haven’t worn it yet, I’m so sad!

Good evening babe... we are going to find a solution, don’t worry! A mean person may have deteriorated your parcel without us knowing, or else you’ve been delivered one of the very few items which suffered a manufacturing fault. Never mind, you can return the parcel to us within 14 days after delivery date. Beware to send it as registered parcel to:

Our cotton is Fair Trade, but it is also organic since 2009. It is a GOTS-certified product. For further information, have a look at www.global-standard.org.
